Resveratrol is recognized for its beneficial effects, among others, on cardiovascular health, blood glucose control, bone health, and memory. Therefore, resveratrol is widely used as a key ingredient to promote healthy aging. How to use One or two x 5 ml doses directly in a glass of water or juice, or according to the recommendation of the health professional.
