Es un súper alimento, tiene un montón de propiedades, yo la tomo en seco añadida al muesli e hidratada en licuados o batidos, hay que dejarla una media hora para que se hidrate y coge una textura suave y gelatinosa. Es un gran aporte de aminoácidos esenciales, proteínas, fibra y aceites saludables.

La relacion calidad precio es muy buena.
Me lo aconsejaron para fortalecer y vigorizar el cabello.

Desde que me las aconsejaron las tomo de forma regular, es un producto rico en Omega 3, se puede consumir en ensaladas, sopas, yogures, rebozados, etc.
