The species, strain and concentrations of L. Rhamnosus GG and S. Boularii (yeast) have been chosen from the current strong grade recommendations for the management of acute gastroenteritis in children published by ESPGHAN (European Society of Pediatric Gastrology, Hepatology and Nutrition, 2014). The use of both species (L. rhamnosus GG and S. boularii), strain, and concentrations is recommended for the prevention of antibiotic diarrhea in children (ESPGHAN, 2016; WGO, 2017). The species B. longum and S. thermophilus are also highly recommended (grade 2) by the World Gastroenterological Organization (WGO, 2017) for the treatment of acute diarrhea in children. The product has a symbiotic action by including inulin in its formulation, a type of soluble fiber that accumulates in the intestine and serves as a nutrient for the intestinal microbiota, promoting its proliferation. In addition, vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamin D3 contributes to the mineralization of bones and teeth, making it recommended for children during their growth period. How to use: Take 1 stick a day, preferably just before or during any of your main meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). It is recommended not to take it after meals. To prevent post-antibiotic gastroenteritis in children, take Kreaflora Junior at least 2 hours before or after taking the antibiotic. Take orally and directly, without the need for water, but it can be diluted in a glass of water or another liquid or semi-solid (juice, yogurt, chopped fruit, etc.) at room temperature. Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Suitable for children 3 to 12 years old. Store the product in a dark, dry place, at a temperature between 5 and 25ºC. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
