Evening primrose oil is made up of essential fatty acids, especially cis linoleic, cis-gamma-linolenic and oleic acids. It also contains an unsaponifiable fraction, Beta-sistosterol and citrostadienol. Instructions for use: Take 1 to 3 pearls a day before meals.
