Ns Saciaplen Total has a double mechanism:
Digestive: Glucomannan and guar gum swell, forming a highly viscous gel in the stomach, which creates a feeling of satiety and, consequently, a decrease in food intake (1,2)
Hoodia parviflora activates cholecystokinin (3), a hormone secreted in the intestine that generates a feeling of satiety, helping to regulate appetite (4).
Use:
Take one sachet twice a day, half an hour before main meals, with a glass of water (200 ml). Mix well and drink immediately. Then, drink plenty of water to ensure the product reaches your stomach.

Glucomanano: En contacto con el agua, se hincha aumentando hasta 100 veces su volumen, formando un gel de alta viscosidad no digerible que produce sensación de saciedad y, como consecuencia, una disminución en la ingesta de alimentos (1).
Goma Guar: Se trata de un polisacárido constituido por D-manosa y D-galactosa que alcanza una alta viscosidad en contacto con el agua, retrasando el vaciado gástrico y produciendo sensación de saciedad (2).
Hoodia Parviflora: Contiene hasta 80% de carbohidratos (principalmente fibra) y hasta un 1% de glucósidos esteroideos. Parece que estos glucósidos activan la colecistoquinina (3), hormona segregada en el intestino que genera una sensación de saciedad, ayudando a regular el apetito (4).
Cromo: micronutriente esencial que contribuye al metabolismo normal de los macronutrientes (5) y a mantener los niveles normales de glucosa en sangre (6)
