Para la cocina uso el de oliva
y de vez en cuando un poco de aceite de sésamo en ensaladas, tiene un sabor delicioso, también lo uso para enjuages bucales en la mañana para desintoxicar (su sabor me permite hacer enjuagues, el de oliva es muy fuerte y no me gusta)

Excelente calidad a un precio insuperable.
Sirve tanto para tomarlo ingerido como para aplicarlo sobre la cara, el cuerpo y pelo con unos resultados visibles, reparando la piel y dando suavidad al cabello.
