It is a food supplement, ketosis enhancer that is recommended as a nutritional accompaniment: on the 1st day of a ketogenic program or in case of breaking ketosis.
Ketogenic eating programs launch a physiological metabolism that allows us to cover our energy needs from our reserve fats. This mechanism begins when we reduce our sugar intake below 30 to 40 g per day.
Use tips
One day kit. 1 sachet and 2 capsules in the morning and evening or 2 sachets and 4 capsules in the morning in one intake. Pour the sachet into a mixing glass with 150 ml of water and shake vigorously before consuming the 2 or 4 capsules. To be taken on the 1st day of a ketogenic regimen or in case of breaking ketosis. Renew if applicable.
